Bootcamp
Get out and enjoy meeting others and shed some of those unwanted calories. A fun exercise session to get the blood pumping and muscles burning. Great foundation to building your own fitness regime.
Bliss Pilates
Tone, stretch and strengthen your body into shape and feel great. Abs, buts and thighs are core focus to help you burn off unwanted fat. A number of levels are shown to ensure you can challenge yourself and increase your ability. Mums are welcome to bring babies along.
